Constant Reorg?

Working for a smaller company with constant reorganizations. President brings other people who I don't report to but they for some reason feel like they can tell me what to do and expect me to do favors for them and at the end don't even thank me. I feel so unappreciated and its bringing down my morale. My boss sees this but doesn't say anything possibly because all of these employees are favored...what do I do?
