Why does the Obama Admin let good ideas (no sarcasm here) go to waste?

Reminds me of that whole Acorn ordeal. Partisan left-wing organizations that using taxpayer dollars for unnecessary plans then blaming them for restitution. The group has engaged in voter registration fraud and extortion, among other things. And this whistleblowers mess is just a waste of publicity.
