1984 camaro v6 2.8l 5 speed idles and runs rough?

my camaro started running rough after i was driving it and my rotary on bolt came off and broke my rotary on and knocked a hole in my distributor cap put new rotary on on it and distributor,new altenator,checked the ignition module at auto zone ped the test they put it on checked all vac hoses,checked spark plugs found 2 that were really loose but tightened them and still same problem it idled and ran very good b4 this happened. and b4 this happened i also put some carb and injector cleaner in the gas im thinking its my gas but im not sure it ran fine even after i put that stuff in it just doesnt run good after my rotary on and distributor got tore up any help or advice would be very much appreciated oh yea i also made sure my #1 piston was on top dead center and also looked at my harmonic balancer to make sure the groove was on 0 for my timing and my rotary on pointed right at the number 1 plug wire so im out of ideas
