Form I-130, IMMIGRATION RELATED?

My mothers name is same on birth certi and pport no issue there. But due to her school leaving having different first name, we submitted an affidavit while filing pport application at india. Now they mentioned a note a observation as person was formerly known as ".xyz name". names on first and last page ok. should I mention this another name at form I-130 when it ask mention any other names used. ?
