Why are so many Americans so selfish?

Let's face it: Most Americans are selfish. In fact, it's human nature. I don't oppose health care reform. I just oppose the current Congressional plan. It's the details that bother me, not the fundamental principles of it. If I were in Congress, I would not vote for it unless it was revamped to the extreme. Well-written statement, but it is not the reason many people oppose the Congressional plan. We NEED health care reform. It just needs to work.
